1. Company Identification

This document provides pre-contractual information regarding distance contracts concluded on the ifboutique.pt website, in accordance with article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, including all subdomains/subsites. These General Conditions apply to all offers on this website – also referred to as “site” or “website” – issued by Maria de Fátima Dias Sá, Unipessoal, LDA., operating under the designation IF Boutique, hereinafter referred to as IF Boutique, with headquarters at Rua São Paulo da Cruz, loja 1, 4520-249 Santa Maria da Feira, with NIF 509683363, which also corresponds to the registration number in the Commercial Registry Office, with a share capital of €20,000.

These General Conditions also apply to all agreements and relationships established between IF Boutique and any customer who places orders through this website.

IF Boutique only accepts product orders placed through this website, in accordance with these terms of sale.

The general terms of sale are the only ones applicable and supersede all others, unless otherwise agreed in writing. IF Boutique reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information to comply with applicable legislation, without prior notice. Therefore, it should be consulted on each visit to the ifboutique.pt website. Whenever an order is confirmed, it is considered that the customer automatically accepts these General Conditions.

IF Boutique also reserves the right to unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, change the presentation and content of the website, its services and the respective general conditions of use, without prejudice to contracts already concluded.

The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with applicable law, refraining from using it for activities contrary to law, morality, good customs or the rights and interests of third parties.

The ifboutique.pt website may contain links to other websites that may contain useful information or tools for users. These general conditions do not apply to third-party websites. If the user accesses another website through a link provided on this website, they should consult the privacy policy of that website.

2. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are:

  • Multibanco
  • MB Way
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

After payment is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email and, subsequently, the respective invoice.

3. Prices

Product availability is limited to existing stock at any given time. Since there is a time between when your order is placed and when the order is accepted, we alert you that product availability may change. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice, including due to stock replenishment. However, IF Boutique undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

If a computer, manual, technical, typographical error or any other results in an unexpected substantial change in the retail price, making it exorbitant or manifestly incorrect, the order will be considered invalid and cancelled.

Shipping costs are borne by the seller for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain and by the customer for the rest of the world and islands. The user will be informed of these costs before proceeding with the order and completing the purchase process.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT). These prices are exclusive for purchases made through this website. The debit on the customer's card will reflect the exchange rate applied by the card-issuing entity at the time of the transaction. VAT is applied at the legal rate in force in Portugal (23%), excluding shipping costs for islands and international destinations.

For other countries, prices do not include additional taxes, fees or charges regulated by local legislation. The customer must bear any customs costs, taxes or fees applicable in the destination country.

4. Invoicing

After confirming the order and respective payment, IF Boutique will validate and process it. The corresponding invoice will be issued based on the billing data provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and it is their responsibility to ensure that all information is correct and complete.

The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided or made available together with the order. After its issuance, it will not be possible to make changes to the billing data, except in legally provided cases.

5. Promotions

The ifboutique.pt website has a PROMOTION campaign from 01/03/2026 to 30/06/2026 on marked items.

Promotions are valid for the indicated period and while stocks last.

They are not cumulative with other discounts and exclude the current New Collection.

6. Shipping

IF Boutique carries out shipments through the DPD carrier, guaranteeing a fast, secure, and real-time tracking service.

Mainland Portugal

  • In-Store Collection
    Available for immediate pickup after confirmation.

  • DPD – Home Delivery
    Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days

Islands (Azores and Madeira)

DPD – Home Delivery
Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days

Mainland Spain

  • DPD – Home Delivery
    Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

International Shipping

  • DPD – Home Delivery

We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Order tracking

After your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an SMS from DPD with the tracking number.
  • You can track the delivery status in real time.

DPD will also inform you:
The delivery day and an approximate time slot (usually 2 hours).

Delivery attempts

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made on the next business day.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to IF Boutique.

Additional notes

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak periods (e.g., Promotions, Sales, Black Friday, Christmas).
IF Boutique is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (free resolution period). Items must be accompanied by the respective invoice and original packaging. Only items that show no signs of use and have their tags will be accepted.

If these conditions are not met, IF Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return.

To initiate the exchange/return process:

  • The customer must request the exchange or return via email to geral@ifboutique.pt.
  • The customer will receive instructions from IF Boutique regarding the return shipment (in cases of free resolution, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as provided for in article 13, no. 2 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014).
  • Refunds will only be made after verification of the product's condition and within a maximum of 14 days after its receipt.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used. If payment was made by Multibanco reference, the customer must provide the IBAN for faster processing.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or greater value.

In case of defective products, the return costs will be borne by IF Boutique.

8. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled in the following situations:

  • Ordered products become discontinued, unavailable, or have an incorrect price.
  • The customer provides insufficient or incorrect data.
  • Lack of payment within 24 hours after order confirmation implies its automatic cancellation.

9. Personal Data Processing and Security

In accordance with data protection legislation, the customer may, at any time, access, rectify or delete their personal data through the “My Account” area or by email to geral@ifboutique.pt.

The customer authorizes IF Boutique to process personal data for order management, account access and website operation, including the use of cookies. Data may be accessed by service providers, such as accounting or auditing firms.

The customer authorizes IF Boutique to disclose their personal data to companies of the same group or to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, unless expressly opposed through the option provided on the website.

10. Other Rights and Responsibilities

Each registered customer chooses a unique, personal and non-transferable username (email). The password must be kept confidential.

All data and content on the website, including registered trademarks, are the exclusive property of IF Boutique or third parties and are legally protected.

Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. In case of doubt, the user should contact geral@ifboutique.pt.

IF Boutique is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the internet, namely service interruptions, external intrusions, viruses or force majeure situations.

Newsletters sent by email are intended to disseminate promotions and general information. Customers only receive newsletters after subscription.

11. Warranty and After-Sales Service

The warranty lasts for 3 years from the date of purchase. Items with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced when repair is not possible. The item must be accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.

The warranty excludes items subject to deterioration, oxidation, loss, damage resulting from improper use, inadequate cleaning, negligence, unauthorized repairs, accidents or normal wear and tear.

12. Applicable Law and Competent Forum

These conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes, the Court of the District of Aveiro is competent, with express waiver of any other.
